Happiness is a Science!

my Story

My Story & My WHYs

My purpose is to be in peace, happy, and joyous in all areas of my life. My mission is to spread Happiness Science to increase financial independence & impact through woman-led services and business. When the pandemic hit, I found myself with a reduced workload. I could finally focus on professional certification. From my experience in the corporate sector, I knew that certifications are important, however, I have seen highly paid colleagues and managers with professional certifications unhappy, overworked, and unfulfilled. I kept asking myself if certification would make me happy (or at least happier)?. Of course, I could not answer. It turns out Happiness is a science! Happiness needs to be studied and understood even though not many schools teach about that. Luckily for me, the Universe answered my questions. I received a call to become a Happy For No Reason trainer with Marci Shimoff whom I already knew via my miracles network. The rest is history and now I realize it was the best certification ever! I learnt to keep myself accountable for my own happiness.

I am an Environmental Economist, Mechanical Engineer and serve my community as a Business Analyst. I know the importance of women’s perspectives in Economics, Engineering, and in IT. Without women’s input, we cannot solve the current challenges facing humanity. Every problem has a solution and women’s input is essential for equitable system design. I was privileged to serve on the board of Saskatoon Cycles until June 2022. Thanks to a government grant we developed an app to deliver goods by bicycle and reduce pollution from the transportation sector. That journey showed me how trying it is to be in the startup world, especially for women.

I dedicate my service to women entrepreneurs. I dream of a world where women are financially independent and lead the design of cities and systems. I believe in women’s talents to change the world for the better for all living things on our planet. I look forward to sharing Happiness Science with you and your team.

How experiences from our childhood form and shape our beliefs

Since my childhood, I knew I had a special connection with something greater than story of my family and myself I heard from adults. The intriguing feelings that my parents may not know much about other mysteries of life made me always curious and challenge adults. I questioned adults in their way of dealing with life’s challenges. I love number 7 as I am the 7 th child. It is continues to be my favourite number that brings me challenge and growth. In spiritual world 7 means a great deal. It is the chakra 7 that connects us with the divine, infinite intelligence there is.

When I was in my pre-school my school teacher Olga Petrovna asked everyone to bring 7 kopeeks to pay for a movie we planned to go. I grew up in Soviet Kyrgyzstan, we had soviet currency and kopeek was the smallest of money. I was so excited that I was able to find 7 kopeeks by simply looking around the house, being resourceful and finding the exact amount I needed so quickly before leaving to school. So happy, proud and joyous I showed them to my dad. The reaction he had to my 7 kopeeks was not what I expected. He was very patient and always loving dad, however when he saw what I had in my paws he was furious. He was so scared of number 7 as it represents the giving sacrifice for Kyrgyz people. Even now I wish I understood why he was so afraid of 7. He threw my treasured 7 kopeeks on the street dispersing them down the ditch and asphalt. I was shocked, scared and confused. He gave me 10 kopeek to give to my teacher instead. Olga Pertovna was not happy either, and commented that I did not listen to instructions carefully when I gave the 10. That was my first ever experience with money and although finding what I needed was easy and fun, the message my dad gave me was confusing, scary and shocking. Lesson from that experience is not to blame our parents for their limitations but to seek to identify the vivid experiences from your past that has shaped your limited beliefs.  As a parent you may be not aware that your child has no privilege knowing or seeing your fear and beliefs. I am sharing this story to encourage you to tell your story around your first experience with money. Please share your story with me by writing to me or choosing a time slot in Book an Appointment for our 1:1 chat.

Healing your inner child

Our children are our teachers but we rarely acknowledge or aware of that: In my own childhood there were moments I would ask questions from my dad that sometimes would make him very uncomfortable. Reflecting that time I want to hug him and say ‘Dad you are doing your best and I love you with all your beliefs and conditioning you received as a child’. I would like to offer you a meditation on healing your inner child as we do carry beliefs and traumas that we received from our parents who received those from their parents. Again science and people’s wisdom from different part of the world confirm how parents not only form kids confidence but also pass the intergenerational trauma and stress as I shared in  Cherry Blossom

1. Find a quite place

2. Take 3 cleansing breathes. Slowly breath in into your belly and breath out through your mouth visualizing the breath is cleansing all your cells, muscles and bones from worry and self-doubts

3. Remember a time in your childhood or youth when you needed a hug (someone hurt you physically or emotionally)

4. With the wisdom and knowledge you have now call that little girl/boy and hug her/him/them and say ‘things will be ok’ because things are ok if you are alive and can breath right now

5. Repeat this every time you are sad and realize you did not get enough hugs, appreciation or understanding from your loved ones as a child/youth

6. It is possible you cannot do that yet, If so check out John Newton Forgiveness Prayer to heal yourself and your lineage. Thus you may reverse this exercise going to Future-self. Instead of going to the past when you were a child or youth go to your older self.

Receive guidance from Future self

The self-doubt we carry has a paralyzing effect on us. We are afraid of shame, judgement and ridicule we may expect from the people we love and respect. The reality is that that paralyzing thought is just the fear of action and failure. In order to help yourself to live harmoneous and joyous life you can always seek guidance from Future self. Depending on your circumstances and the upbringing your future self could be reflection of that. You may realize you need to address/work on one of the part of Home of Happiness  If your Future self is coming up as a critical and negative one it is a sign you have to heal yourself and I am here to help. Now let’s connect with your Future self:

1.Find a quite place where you will be alone and not disturbed

2. Close your eyes and imagine yourself 20 to 40 years older than now. Where are you? What are you wearing? What do you smell?

3. Imagine the setting you find yourself. Make sure it is positive and inspiring future setting. Nature view, smell, colours and sound

2. If Future self is kind and smiling talk to your future self, ask questions like ‘what should I do with my circumstances that makes me nervous and anxious? How to handle this/that situation? What am I not seeing? What do I need to know? What name is suitable for me to find my purpose, dream, lover and etc.,

4. She/he may offer you a gift before you leave. Graciously receive that gift to remind yourself that you are not alone. Give him/her a hug and use her/him when you find yourself scared, frustrated or stack.

5. You are never alone. You never been alone and you never will be alone if you can go back and force in the time dimensions. It is a choice you need to make now to be a victor not a victim of your life. Check USHER principles that teach us to be 100% responsible for life.
